SHIPPING INFO:

Shipping costs are free.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Italy:
generally 2-3 working days.
European Union countries: approximately 3-5 working days, depending on the destination country.
Non-EU countries: times may vary, generally between 10 and 15 working days, depending on customs procedures and distance.

Please note that the delivery times indicated are approximate and may vary in the event of holidays, adverse weather conditions or customs checks. We will do our best to ensure timely shipment; however, any delays beyond our control cannot be excluded. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

INFO RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Amarilde intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund. The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer by sending an email requesting authorization for the return within 14 days of delivery and only on the condition that the returned items are intact and never used. Amarilde reserves the right to request images of the products to be returned to customers. From the return authorization, the customer is required to use fast shipping to do so, as the package must arrive at our headquarters no later than 14 days, otherwise we will not accept the collection and the package will be returned to the customer.

RETURN CONDITIONS:
To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, complete with all original tags and kept in the original packaging.

The goods to be returned must be delivered no later than 14 days from the date of return authorization.

All returns or exchanges must be sent via traceable courier and accompanied by a valid tracking number. Shipping costs and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Any defects or non-conformities must be reported within 72 working hours of receiving the order.

To request a change of size, color or item, it is necessary to start the return procedure and indicate the desired product for the replacement.

It is not possible to return items on promotion.

For all aspects not expressly indicated, the European legislation on distance selling applies.

RETURN PROCEDURE:
To request authorization for a return or exchange, the Customer must send a request to info@amarilde.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. The codes of the items to be returned must be specified in the email. Once the return request has been received, Amarilde customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow. In the event that a return request is made, the return will be effective upon our authorization, shipping costs and any customs fees will be borne by the customer. All returned items will be inspected by Amarilde staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Amarilde reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the re-sale of returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the conditions of the returns and communicated to the Customer.


Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a notification to confirm the outcome of the verification. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically within 10 business days, using the same payment method chosen for the purchase. It may take a few additional days for the bank or card issuer to complete the processing and make the amount visible. If more than 14 business days have passed since approval and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at: info@amarilde.com 

Damage and problems
Inspect the order upon receipt and contact us immediately in the event of defects or damage or if you have received the wrong item. In this way, we can assess the problem and do so in order to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promo items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
